<p><strong>Ingredients :</strong></p>
<p>4 eggs</p>
<p>1/4 cup milk</p>
<p>Salt and freshly ground black pepper</p>
<p>1 tablespoon butter</p>
<p>1 (8-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, diced, reserve 4 (3-inch) strips</p>
<p>4 whole-wheat English muffins, toasted</p>
<p>1/4 cup jarred tomato sauce</p>
<p>1/2 cup shredded white Cheddar</p>
<p>2 links breakfast sausage, sliced into 1/2 thick slices</p>
<p><strong>Direction : </strong><br />

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.<br />
Heat a large saute pan over medium low heat.<br />
In a medium bowl beat eggs with fork. Add milk, salt and pepper and mix until blended.<br />
Add butter to pan, once all the butter has melted add the eggs. Using a rubber spatula continuously stir the eggs as they cook. Add chopped peppers just before the eggs start to set. Cook until fluffy and creamy in consistency.<br />
Place the English muffins onto a sheet pan. Spread a tablespoon of the tomato sauce onto each toasted English muffin. Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the English muffins.<br />
Top each with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar. Make a smiley face on each pizza using the sliced sausage as eyes and a nose and red pepper strip as a smile.<br />
Bake in oven for about 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Especially for children a good breakfast is very important to child&#8217;s health and growth. Studies show that children who eat breakfast do better in school, because breakfast is the brain food they need to be active for the day&#8217;s studies. It doesn&#8217;t take much further thought to realize adults will feel better and perform better at work as well. When you skip breakfast, you are likely to become tired when your brain and body run low on fuel. </p>
<p>A healthy breakfast should contain some protein and some fiber. You can get the protein from low fat meats, eggs, beans or dairy. And the fiber can be found in whole grains, fresh vegetables and fruits.</p>
<p>Back to the topic&#8230;prepare the simple healthy breakfast for your children is not easy..! Sometimes very difficult to make the children to sit down in the morning to a full course meal. But, do you ever have an idea to get your children involved in preparing the breakfast&#8230;?<br />
Maybe you can try it once and see what comes of it. Make them know how important their help in the kitchen really is to you. You also can make a quality time with them in the kitchen..<br />
Now what you need is prepare some simple healthy breakfast recipes&#8230; Try to makes these recipes :</p>
<p><strong>Smoothies</strong><br />
Who don&#8217;t like smoothies? Smoothies is a blended, chilled, sometimes sweetened beverage made from fresh fruit (fruit smoothie) or vegetables and in special cases can contain chocolate. You can add crushed ice, frozen fruit, honey or contain syrup and ice ingredients. Smoothies is like a milkshake but not contain ice cream. Smoothies are so refreshing and easy to make.<br />
One of my favorite smoothies is banana smoothies. This is the recipe :<br />

<p><strong>Banana Smoothies </strong></p>
<p>Prep Time: 03 minutes<br />
Total Time: 3 minutes<br />
Ingredients:</p>
<p>    * 1 Banana<br />
    * 4-6 oz Milk<br />
    * 1 tsp Vanilla<br />
    * Ice cubes</p>
<p>Preparation:</p>
<p>    * Slice the banana right into blender cup (450 ml)<br />
    * Add vanilla<br />
    * Add 3 to 4 ice cubes (smaller ice cubes are better)<br />
    * Add low fat milk<br />
    * Sweetener if desired<br />
    * Attach the Blending Blade Assembly<br />
    * Place on the Personal Blender and Blend until smooth for about 35 &#8211; 45 seconds<br />
    * Take off blender, remove Blade Assembly, add a straw and enjoy<br />
You also can combine with fresh pineapples, soy milk, or yogurt in a blender.</p>
<p><strong>Carrot Apple Juice Smoothie</strong></p>
<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>1 cup peeled and diced carrots<br />
1 1/2 cup apple juice<br />
1/2 cup cold water<br />
Ice cubes</p>
<p>Directions</p>
<p>Toss all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth</p>
<p><strong>Scrambled Eggs</strong><br />

<p><strong>Fruit Salads</strong></p>
<p>There are many combination of fruit salads. Try this recipe :</p>
<p>    * 2 cups cubed cantaloupe<br />
    * 2 large apples apples &#8211; chopped<br />
    * 1 cup green grapes<br />
    * 1 large banana &#8211; sliced into coins<br />
    * 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla or lemon yogurt<br />
    * 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate<br />
    * 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice </p>
<p>In a large serving bowl, toss all of the fruit together with the lemon juice.</p>
<p>In a small bowl or cup, mix the yogurt with the orange juice concentrate. Drizzle over fruit.</p>
<p><strong>Breakfast Casseroles</strong></p>
<p>There are many types of casseroles for breakfast. Add any kind of vegetables you like, turkey bacon, ham or sausage and low fat cheeses is ideal when it comes to healthy casseroles. You also can use egg substitute such as egg beaters will give you less fat and cholesterol. With casseroles, you can make them ahead the night before and pop them in the oven in the morning.</p>

This is what you need :<br />

How to make it :</p>
<p><span id="more-101"></span>Put your pan on the stove and drizzle a small amount of oil or butter on the bottom.<br />
Add your kernels to the pan and turn the stove to medium heat.<br />
Put the lid on quickly.<br />
You will soon begin to hear the kernels popping and hitting the sides and lid of the pan. When the noise dies down to only 1 or 2 pops every few seconds, turn the heat off and remove the pan from the stove.<br />
And voila&#8230;you have a full of pan popcorn with butter aroma.</p>
<p>You also can add the sugar or caramel on this popcorn.<br />

1. In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt, then set aside.<br />
2. In separate bowl, blend powdered milk, eggs, butter, coffee and vanilla.<br />

4. Using 1/3 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto griddle and cook cakes until they have numerous bubbles in wet batter then flip and cook until golden brown.</p></blockquote>
